At Quokaroo, we want you and your little ones to love every piece you order. If something doesn’t quite fit or meet your expectations, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered with our hassle-free return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns for the following:
- Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Full-price items (sale items may be final sale unless otherwise noted).
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@quokaroo.com.au or visit our Returns page to submit a return request. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
- Ship Your Item: Package the item securely, attach the return label, and send it back to us.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we’re happy to offer exchanges (subject to availability). Simply follow the same steps as a return, and let us know what you’d like instead.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Undergarments or intimates.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately at [insert email or phone number] so we can make it right. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside Australia, please note that return shipping costs and any associated duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
